If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. We are committed to providing high-quality products at the best possible prices, and therefore do not offer cash refunds.

If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us via official@mayfairloom.com and we will issue you a replacement.
