Where is my order?

It usually takes 1–4 business days for us to prepare and process your order before shipment. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at official@mayfairloom.com and we will help you check the status of your parcel.

If your parcel is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or arrange a replacement for you.

What happens if I’m not home to accept my delivery?

If you are not available when your parcel arrives, the courier will usually attempt delivery again or leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.

Please follow the courier’s instructions to avoid the parcel being returned to sender.
